Christy Morgan is a North American health food chef and cooking instructor. She became obsessed with fitness post-30 and dedicated herself to ageing gracefully using what she calls the “trifecta of health” - mind/body connection, fitness and healthy eating. Christy is a NASM-certified personal trainer and a yoga teacher who has practiced yoga for over 25 years. She's passionate about tailoring classes incorporating strength, functional training and flexibility to suit all levels and ages, giving modifications so everyone can be included. Christy believes it is never too late to improve your health and wellbeing, as she started later in life. Now at 45, she understands what is needed for optimal health as we age.
